LGBTQ+ Diversity and Inclusion in the Field of Research.

In this talk, Dr Pichardo will address LGBTQ+ diversity within the field of scientific research, shedding light on a group that is often rendered invisible. He will also share insights on interpersonal relationships within research teams and how to integrate a more inclusive perspective into scientific practice.
